New contract. But NO (KEINE) Internet

Hello! I am a new customer. My customer number is 001961751085

I received a fritzbox modem. Followed by the link, sent from Telekom. Finished a setup. But still no internet!

I have no access data at all. Vodafone did not send me anything. So, I have only the customer number.

And my German is not very ideal in order to talk with the hotline.

Okay. After trying to call a customer service, I gave up.

And figured out, that manual setup of my router is needed. Found login and password in tons of email from Vodafone.

And internet is now WORKING.

 

It was a bit counter intuitive. But anyways.
