My easybox was iinstalled yesterday by technician. I activated using MIC but since yesterday, it is stuck at 'Activation in progress. Please help.

did you connect the router according to the manual with the telephone connection socket?
Then my colleagues from the technical department neeed to have a closer look.
Therefore please send me a private message with your dsl customer / mobilenumber.
