Vodafone Kabel - most of the time apart from google, not able to access any other websites

From Past few months I am not able to access any websites other than google services, I have to keep restarting my router several times to access full internet. Frquently i get NW-2-5 error in Netflix app, if i try opening https://meine.deutsche-bank.de/ i get meine.deutsche-bank.de took too long to respond (Same error for most of the websites). but if i try from mobile hotspot I can access everything.

Is it a cable or DSL connection?

Hello I have sent the required details, please check.

I did router hard reset, now connection seems stable and I am able to access unrestricted internet. But router keeps getting restarted when i try to login to 192.168.0.1

I see such message in Router event log
