I have a horrible stability with my DSl Internet from Vodafone, I've been using cable but after moving to the new place that was the only option.
I've reported this couple of times and the Vodafone customer support team told me someone from technical team will reach out to me but no news.
I wonder if the problem is with telephone line or the router itself?

If you have already reported the fault to Support, the technicians will get back to you as soon as possible.

We reached out to Vodafone and they sent Telekom technician, sadly I wasn't home to talk with the person. I have installed the Frtizbox instead of Vodafone easybox 805 and all issues are gone! How Can I request the new device? I have bought the router in the beginning of the new contract!
It would be great to help us, since after 7 calls, Vodafone doesn't provide us a clear paper, what is the exact problem and we've been passed from customer support to technical and technical to contract departments.

I started the chat at 15:55 and it continued till now, 20:09
The customer support says they cannot replace the device which I have bought from Vodafone. Absolutely disappointing regarding the waiting time and the answer.
