Hello, 

Sorry for posting in English as my Deutsche is not good.

I am having problem with my DSL internet connection. It is not working at all from 2 days. I tried contacting customer service but can not understand what they say and I was unable to get someone who can talk in English.

i have an Easy box router and the internet Led blinks red and sometimes do not blink and shows red Color only.

my customer id is xxxx

any help will be appreciated thank you.
