Dear Vodafone,

 

I recently registered for a new contract. I have received the router, connect it with my existing cable and activated my account. However, the red light in my router keeps blinking and there is no internet yet. I have tried to contact the hotline but since I am not a German speaker, it is not possible to get the support yet.

 

Could you please help me?
