Hello,
I started a new contract through check24, recieved the modem last week and although I connected everything correctly, the red blinking light at "internet" doesn't stop, so no connection.
I have not recieved any info regarding my contract, no document nor starting date... when logging to the Vodafone acc, and checking for the starting date this message shows
and this is shown in the documents
Already made a post about this but don't know how to go and check it so I'll attach a code or something to be able to find it [ABV316234]
