Hello,

I started a new contract through check24, recieved the modem last week and although I connected everything correctly, the red blinking light at "internet" doesn't stop, so no connection.

I have not recieved any info regarding my contract, no document nor starting date... when logging to the Vodafone acc, and checking for the starting date this message showsScreenshot_1.png

and this is shown in the documents

Already made a post about this but don't know how to go and check it so I'll attach a code or something to be able to find it [ABV316234]
