DSL: Slow speed of a domestic internet connection

I have a Vodafone contract for domestic internet with "GigaZuhause 100 DSL" tarif. I self-connected my FRITZ!Box 7530 AX to line with Modem-Installationscode. The current speed of an internet connection is only 12,7 Mbit/s. It is too low. It is a new contract.
