Hello, dear Vodafone team
Since yesterday (21st October), our internet connection has been unstable. It works for 5 minutes and then it is gone. We have restarted the rooter (Easybox 804) several times but with no success in re-establishing the connection. Is there any issue or something you can support us?

Sorry that it took a bit longer to answer. Are there any changes of the situation meanwhile? If not, are the interrupts only via WLAN or even when your PC is connected via ethernet with the router?

Yes, the problem continues. For the last few days our internet connection has been unstable, disconnecting several times per day.
Could you please let us know how can this be fixed and/or fix the issue?

I am sorry that the restrictions remain in place.
Please send me a PN with the customer number and the name and date of birth of the contract holder. Then I will take a look at it and if necessary I will directly record a fault ticket.
