Hi, 

 

since yesterday night there is no wifi and seems like there is a major issue since i also dont get a data connection on mu phone for 4G (its vodafone too).

 

Is there a known issue ongoing that impacts Berlin?

Hello oktyckl,

 

currently there is a breakdown of all services at your address. The technician was already on site, but could not get into the technical room. Since the janitor will not open it until Monday, the connection can unfortunately only be repaired on Monday.

at what time will it be fixed on Monday? Since we are still working from home due to covid, it is important to get it fixed in the morning.

Hi Martin,

 

I find this unacceptable since the whole building's Vodafone customers are not able to connect since Friday night and we have to use our mobile connection. Is there going to be any reimbursement? No internet especially during this work from home period is unacceptable

Please let us know if VF will reimburse us for this ridicilous situation. It is monday evening and we still dont have internet.

 

Also can you check if i am eligible for contract termination? I want to change the internet provider at my home. Th le whole building is thinking about the same

i dont think this answers my question above. Quick fyi in case you dont know - techician arrived but couldnt give an estimation when this will be fixed. So still no internet.

Yes, internet is back after 5 days. However, this also doesn't answer my questions. I believe my questions are quite simple and writing them down again:

 

1. Are we going to get reimbursement for this since we had to buy seperate data pack to be used as Hotspot?

2. Am I eligible for contract termination?
