Hello there,
I have been using DSL connection with Vodafone, for the past few weeks I am experiencing very slow connection.
Since i don't speak Deutsch, there is no opportunity to explain the issue to customer care. Can someone help me with this?

Hi SD1,
i'm sorry for the issue.
Did you reboot the router? Can you please do 3 speed checks via speedcheck.vodafone.de at different times? At least 6 hours between measurements would be great. Note the IDs please.
After the measurements send me a private message with the following informations, please.
->Customer oder landline number
-> Your (german) mobile number
-> 3 Speedcheck IDs
I'll check your landline and will be back to you asap.
