Can't configure my DSL after Vodafone did the modernization

Hello, 

On July 19th, 2019 our VDF network were updated (Duesseldorf), however, after that I followed the video hilfe to re-configure my DSL, but can't finish it. in the last step to input the MIC, we can't go ahead as they system just reminds "Please plug the DSL cable into the dedicated DSL port on EasyBox". I tried to restart over 10 times, but can't help. Please kindly advise. thanks
