Around 20 apartments in my building has no Internet, tv connection from past 5 days. Numerous calls to customer care did not help. One technician visited the house and he just went without giving any information. Looks like this is going to take few weeks for repair. I would like to get a gigacube as a replacement free of charge could you please provide that?
By the way, regarding the Störung, i have tried twitter, facebook, email, phone, everything but no support.
We have other providers in my building such as Telekom and net cologne and they work without problems. If this is not resolved soon all of us will switch to the other providers soon. We all have to do home office. Some of them have online job interviews. So please provide us a gigacube.
