Where I can find my customer password ? (prepaid CallYa SIM card)

Hi,

I recently purchased a prepaid CallYa SIM card and attempted to register it on the "My Vodafone" platform. However, they requested a customer password, which I don't have since I'm not on a contract and never set one up. What should I enter in this field?
