Hi, I'm unable to add my phone number to MeinVodafone account, and I don't know the password for my phone number. I also don't speak German, which is making things harder. What should I do? Thanks!
You assign your user name and Internet password yourself. All you need to register with MeinVodafone is your telephone number and your customer password.
If you have a contract, then you have assigned the customer password yourself. With a CallYa free card, you received the customer code together with the card in the mail.
