I am trying to topup my CallYa with a US credit card, but it always fails after entering the credit card details. I've tried in the app (VISA/Mastercard) or in the browser (VISA/Mastercard and Google Pay, which uses the same credit card), nothing works. Are there restrictions on the credit cards you can use?

Hello @Mgoff03,
as an alternative,
you can buy a so-called "Cash-Code" or "CallNow-Guthaben" from Vodafone in the sizes 15, 25 or 50€ e.g. at gas stations or supermarkets and pay there with your credit card.
You can then redeem it by entering the cash code in your normal phone dialing app:
*100*Cash-Code# or *100*CallNow-Code#.
Maybe this will help you at first, until the credit card problem is solved 😉

I don't know any restrictions but does your credit card support two-factor authentication (2FA)?
When I use my credit card I have to verified my purchases/orders with a second access factor.
The first factor are the credit card data and the pin/CVC2 and the second factor I will forwarded to my bank account to confirm the purchases/order directly there.
Other second factor could be a sent PIN by SMS.
