The receipt of payment for CallYa card

How can i get the receipt for each payment, my phone card is CallYa Pre-pay.

Please send me the relevant phone number with customer password and your address by PN. I will arrange for you to receive invoices by post for your top-ups. It is not possible to send them by email.
