Hello, my phone was stolen and I had in it my 6 years old callya prepaid sim card. All of my online services are connected to this number and I would need to get a new sim card with an old number. Back then I lived in Bremen and for the last 5 years I live in Berlin.
I still have rechnung, pin/puk numbers. I don't have possibility to call directly to vodafone as i don't have my phone. At the vodafon shop they told me to make a request through the website contact formular, but there they require for kennwort and with my prepaid sim i never had it.
What am I suppose to do now?
