I haven't received the sim card for 8 days, and there is no message to notify me

I ordered a Vodafone prepaid sim card online and got it verified with DHL Postbank on June 12th. I was notified by mail that I would receive my sim card within a few days, but it's been 8 days and I still haven't received anything. There is no email to notify me of the latest information.

I recommend to get in touch with VF directly to clarify what's happened with. 

Please use these contact channels. I recommend one of the both social media channels (Facebook/Twitter). There the staffs can support you also in English.
