Hallo,
Tut mir leid, mein Deutsch ist nicht guit. Ich hoffe Englische ist ok.
I am a Vodafone customer with an Internet Kabel contract. Last month I just got activated a Callya S prepaid.
Yesterday I received an email about this GigaKombi promotion for CallYa prepaid.

So I called the Mobilfunk helpline: 0800 1721212
He has no idea about this new promo, which previously is only for CallYa Tariff
He gave me a number to call the Kabel hotline.
I called the Kabel hotline. He also was not aware of this promo.
So I told him and he checked his notes, which says to activate this promo through the app.
I opened my Vodafone app, I do not see any option to activate this.
He gave me another number to call for Mobilfunk suppot.
I called another number. She was less patient, and again don't know about this promo.
She just told me to call another support or go to a Vodafone shop.
So I've already wasted 30 minutes calling 3 numbrs without any results.
Is there anyone that can help me?

You are right, of course.
You can also use the GigaKombi with a CallYa card and a cable connection.
