Hello,
I applied for CallYa Comfort but the SEPA transfer took 2 days and the balance is not issued to my account.
Now, I don't have balance, and can't reach any English-speaking customer service.
What should I do?
Will I get a refund? Will Vodofone keep charging me every month? Will I ever have this money in my account?
