Hi,

I am moving to the USA and need to terminate my contract early.  I know this falls under a special circumstance because Vodafone is not available on a US contract.  How do I do this?

If it is a mobile contract: No - this part of the telecommunications law does not apply as you can still receive the contractually agreed services to the contractually agreed prices.

Even though there is no Vodafone network, you can still receive services due to the roaming agreements that Vodafone has. This might lead to addional roaming fees - but these are part of your "original" contract.
