Hi, 

I'm having trouble activating my Vodaphone sim card. 

I did the identity verification and it says my sim card is activated but unfortunately, it's not working. 

I went to the Vodaphone store in Tubingen and they said I should call the hotline but, I cant make calls on the sim card yet.

They want me to reupload my id image but it won't let me online because it says the sim card is already active.

the store said if they do it they will charge me for activating it!!!!

can someone help me solve this problem please?

Hi when you say my password, what password do you mean.

Hi @khalid3,

@nibru need the customer password. It's personal code, you set during you ordered the contract.

VF differs between internet password (access to MeinVodafone website, this community) and customer password (to verify as the owner of the contract when you get in contact with Vodafone).

unfortunately, I did not receive this. it's a callya sim, so prepaid.

I have the sim pin code and a Serien Nummer on a receipt but that's it.
