Wrong Contract from Vodafone Online

I have renewed my mobile phone contract recently with Vodafone and have applied for a new phone.
While making the contract, it was told to me that my monthly tarrif would be 46 Euros, inclusive of all taxes and for my new phone, I paid 799 Euros as the one time fee.
When I received the new contract online, I found that the monthly tariff has been set as 69 Euros, which is exactly the same that I was paying for my old contract.
Could someone help me urgently on this topic? Thank you very much in advance.
