I have tried to contact an English speaking customer services representative for days and keep getting dead lines and non English speakers. I have also scoured the interenet looking for a solution.
I have been trying to cancel the service several times sending an email as it is requested, but I've had no answer.
Please help me terminate those contracts i DON'T live in Germany anymore, i'm trying for DAYS ! Please

I´m sure a lot of people in Germany speak english.

I'm pretty sure a lot of people speaks english in Germany... The country is not my problem, i love Germany. The problem is the fact that i'm trying for DAYS to do something that only need 10 minutes and no body is willing to help. From the call center they telling me an english speaker will call me back but nobody called back.
Rather than being ironic to me can you PLEASE try to help me? Try to understand that i'm extremely frustrated. The person that opened the contracts to us deceived us and made business accounts for us (probably because he had higher commision) We didn't know the language and we didn't know what happend then.
I want to permanently terminate those 2 mobile contacts (mine and my wife's) How many do i have to pay? There's no reason to use a German number in my country.
