Hallo Ich habe einen aktuellen Vertrag bis Januar 2021, die Frist für die Verlängerung ist der 15. Oktober. Meine Frage ist, ob ich den Vertrag jetzt verlängern und ein neues Telefon kaufen könnte oder ob ich ein neues Telefon haben möchte, aber ich muss warten.

@Su and her colleagues rarely speak in threads from what I can see. This is not the correct approach, because for an efficient person, dealing with these matters takes half an hour of checking, writing what and how it would be after the subject. Since we are talking about week 48 it is at the end of November. The date of ordering was October 23, not week 48. Otherwise, I would not order it at the moment. In a word, the phone could be ordered in advance a week earlier and so I did, and yet I would have to wait now like people who order after 23. Where is the point and logic of pre-sale if I would receive the goods like people who buy now? It is incomprehensible to me, there is also no way to count on the e-mail because no one answers them.

This is a moderated "customers help customers" forum. I have already answered how you can easily cancel the new contract. Is this problem solved?. I also wrote you something about the delivery time of the iPhone.
It is not effective to switch between the contact channels. @Su asked you here whether you would like to clarify your request via the hotline, WhatsApp etc. or here in the community and here whether she understood you correctly.
So that she or somebody else can help, you should answer questions. I cannot see any concrete answer to her questions or full feedback on what I am writing to you.

You pre-ordered your Iphone 12 Pro on October 16, 2020. As already written above, a pre-order does not mean that you will receive it on the day of publication (23.10.). As you can see on the linked thread, the estimated delivery date for all customers, who ordered the model 128GB Gold on October 16, 2020 is calendar week 48. Customers who have ordered 1 week later or today for example will receive the Iphone later according to the order sequence.

Hey yes @Su asked. I also wrote everything via WhatsUp and I am waiting for the consultant's application for two days. Using the hotline is the difficulty of the German language. The consultants do not want to speak English. I left the Cancellation case for the moment, if it has good conditions, it could stay. (But in the showroom, the consultant only said that my account had something canceled on October 23, but claimed he didn't know what it was.) About my contract, I understand that there is a waiting time for a phone call, but as I wrote earlier, what was the pre-sale for?

It was a pre-order and not a pre-sale. Some model variants are available on the date of publication, depending on when the order was placed, while others are not. This is the case with all sales channels (Apple, Vodafone, specialist retailers, etc.).

discussing private details of your contract in public, is most likely not the best way.
I undestand that you want to have your new iphone as soon as possible. Therefore we have a public thread with all estimated deliviery dates.

We can't speed this up.
We will send your iphone as soon as it arrives in our logistics department.
