Received a bill for contract I do not know.

I received a bill for a contract mentioning 2 numbers including one number I do not know & other my old Callya number. 

I remember back in february, somehow the same Callya number was converted to a contract without my permission, I contacted support here & they reverted it. Now, they send me the bill? That's absurd.
