Actually after I had bought a new iPhone with a new mobile contract there,
I found out a fine crack inside of the screen not on the screen when I tried to put a protective film on the screen at home.
And after two days(last Saturday) I went to the shop again and I explained the problem.
So I asked to shop manager to replace to a new iPhone.
Because the fine crack was not a normal scratch on the screen by user.
Actually there is no any scratch on the screen.
But the manager said that I had to prove that the fine crack inside of the screen was not from me.
And he said there was no functional problem with iPhone so that was my problem.
He also said I had to ask to apple shop which was next to the Vodafone shop to replace to a new iPhone.
But it did not make sense.
Eventually he said he could never replace to a new iPhone.
So I went to Apple shop and I explained what I encountered problem.
They checked the fine crack. And they said it was impossible to be happened by user because there was no scratch on the screen.
So they said that they could definitely replace to a new iPhone if I had bought that in the Apple shop.
