New SIM: can't make or receive calls and 5G is very slow

I cannot speak or write German, so I am writing this message in English.
I have made a new contract with Vodafone last
week (Vodafone Young L).

I have inserted the new SIM into my phone and it receives signal, but I have noticed that both 5G and 4G+ are extremely slow (barely holding 20 mbps in download and 5mbps in upload). In addition to that, I cannot make or receive phone calls.
