Hallo,
I'm with Vodafone since 11. 2016 (Mobil+DSL with Gigakombi).
Now that I move back to South Korea on 26 August 2021, I wish to take the necessary steps
for terminating the contracts. Both the contracts have around 3 months more (Mobile: 07.11.2021, DSL: 28.11.2021) before the automatic annual extension. Also, I can receive the Abmeldebescheinigung
from my city office only 7 days before the moving date.
In this case, what will be the most convenient option for me to process the termination?
Would be much appreciated if someone could help me with this.

Hi @hdson,
You should terminate both contracts.
The mobile phone contract should be terminate at the latest on 06.08.21. That's more important.
The mobile phone contract you can terminate easily via MeinVodafone app.
I'm not sure but maybe you can also terminate the DSL contract via MeinVodafone app too.
In your case you have to pay till contract ordinary ends.
But note that you maybe have to send rented hardware back to Vodafone.
