Good evening,
In July 2019 I sent a letter to Vodafone Deutschland in order to terminate my contracts, internet and mobile, as I was moving back to my home country.
I received a letter informing that my internet contract had been cancelled but I never received any information concerning my mobile contract.
In November I was contacted by Vodafone and they informed me that my mobile contract was yet to be cancelled, therefore I sent a new letter requesting my contract cancellation. Now I would like to know if my contract is finally going to be cancelled or not. Because in April it is to be renewed and, for half an year now, I am trying to cancell it.
More, since September I am paying 10€ plus in everyone of my mobile bills, with no motive or reason behind (as I am not in Germany anymore, I am not using my German number at all since August, therefore I find it odd for an increase of the value in my bill).
I would aprciate a lot if a member of Vodafone would please answer to me, urgently.
