GigaKombi benefits cancelled out of nowhere

My GigaKombi benefits were cancelled out of nowhere. I am since a month using both the mobile and the cable of Vodafone, and I haven't made any changes or cancelled either of them, yet I got 2 texts and an email that my benefits were not valid anymore as I made changes to my account.

I keep getting sent in circles of "download the VF app" (I can't because I don't have a German google account), I have the contract with all my signatures and the direct debit set up so I really don't understand what's going on
