I have made a online contract several days ago ans received my invoice from Meinevodafone. I have been charged more than what it shows in the contract.

I cannot contact to english speaker operator although I have tried online store call, 1212-"Operator", 1212-6.

Please advice me how to contact english speaker specialist so that I can discuss the details of my contract.

That's not as difficult as it may seem at a first glance:

 

Your monthly contract period ("Abrechnungszeitraum" in German, to be found on your invoice as well) is not necessarily identical with the calendar month nor does it necessarily start with the day the connection gets activated, but is assigned by the system automatically.

 

So in your case the activation of the connection took place three days before the "Abrechnungszeitraum" ended.  Therefore you are charged the proportional sum of your monthly fee for those three days and in addition the regular full  monthly fee for the following month.

 

This however is just a one-off in the first invoice and will repeat itself at some point in the future when you should decide to end/cancel the contract.  The last month will also be charged only partly.

As you can see in the screenshot of the invoice, I have been charged 83.86.
39,99 as connection price, 58,22-14,35 = 43,87 euros for package price.

I can not understand what is "Vodafone Young M with Premium Smartphone (Proportional 3 Days)" and why I've been charged for that. In my contract, I'm supposed to pay $ 39.99 per month.

 

In the previous reply, the attachment is corrupted for some reason.
