My phone has been cut off due to an unpaid bill. The bill is now paid, could you please help to get my phone working again?
I also have a question about the Billing. I have a Dauerauftrag set up for automatic payment. Vodafone took the money for the above bill but then put the money back in my account several days later. Then I got a letter to say I had not paid the bill. Are you able to check if there is a problem with the Dauerauftrag?

if we could not debit the money because the account was not sufficiently covered, it comes to the situation depicted.
Send me a PM with the customer number and your customer password. I'll take a look at it.
