Hello.
Please understand to writing in english because my german is not enough.
I made new contract with preisboerse24.de on 05.11.2018.

The contract detail was:

Vodafone Smart XL mit Smartphone

• Allnet-Flat & SMS-Flat *1
• Aktion: 11 GB LTE Datenvolumen mit bis zu 500 Mbit/s*1
• EU-Roaming Flatrate + WiFi-Calling*1
• 3 Monate Deezer Musik oder BILDplus News gratis*1
• Monatlicher Tarifpreis: 51,99€*1
• Einmaliger Anschlusspreis: 39,99€ (Volle Erstattung via App)*1

I've receved the smartphone and sim card last Friday(09.11.18).

I've installe Mein Vodafone App today but I couldn't find any option to refund 39,99€.
How can I refund the 39,99€?

The point of contact to address this to is the reseller (as it is their sole responsibility to report your eligibility for the rebate to Vodafone).  You hence need to get in touch with preisboerse24.

Hi ajibang,

welcome to our community. The answer from Der Ritter ist correct. But at first, please try this:

Check your settings in your MeinVodafone-App. In the menu under "Einstellungen & Infos" -> "Opt-in & Opt-out verwalten" -> "Online-Angebote und Nutzungsdaten" -> Now activate "Persönliche Angebote" -> Restart MeinVodafone.

You need this to be activated, else you can't see the Banner to refund the "Anschlusspreis".

If you activated the setting and restarted the MeinVodafone-App but still do not see the Banner, you have to contact preisboerse24.de. In this case, they didn't activated you for this promotion.
