Willkommen in der Vodafone Community
Hello, I'm a Vodafone DSL user since 2018 and since last month I've signed a Vodafone mobile contract Red M. I was told I can get a discount of 10 Euro per month GigaKombi when I signed the mobile contract, but I didn't get this discount on my first bill, I went to the Vodafone shop and called the hotline, and it seemed Vodafone fixed this problem, and the person on the hotline also told me I would get the GigaKombi from the second bill as well as the missing discount of the first bill compensating to me as an additional Gutschein. Today I have received the second bill, after carefully looked up in the bill I still cannot find the GigaKombi of -10 Euro, only with -5.16 Euro. Could anyone help me to check it?
