Hello my phone number is xxx,

And I activated a option MinutenPaket EU 120 for 5 euro monthly but when I try to call in Europe is say that I have to speak with customers service, is there  a problem or what.

The question is: What exactly do you want to do?

 

A) Are you abroad/roaming and try to make calls to Germany and/or other countries in the EU?

-or-

B) Are you in Germany and try to make calls to EU countries?

 

As far as I know, the "EU Minutenpaket 120" is only an option for scenario B) that allows you to call EU countries from Germany for a fixed price - it's NOT designed for calls from abroad/roaming in scenario A)!
