Hi @malevolent01,

What other contract do you have with Vodafone? For Gigakombi you need a second valid contract. Have a look at InfoDok 4510 (only in German). 

Both contracts should be either with the same owner (exactly!) or should have the same IBAN. 

Are the conditions complied the customer service is able to set up the Gigakombi option (marker).
