can't connect my newly purchased device with contract to the cellular network

Hey,
I ordered a Samsung 22+ three days ago, which was delivered yesterday. But my eSim is not working as I haven't got 'Meine SIM-Karte' section in my Vodafone app. in the product section, I can only find my Vodafone cable max 1000 fr my home internet, nothing more.
Any help for my next move will be appreciated.

Follow the steps linked below to add your customer account to your MeinVodafone-portal. After you've done this successfully, you can also download your eSIM -profile.

did you use your eSIM with another cellphone before? And if, did you remove it from the other phone?

Both cellphone and eSIM are new.
I ordered it last week, and ever since I got the phone, I can't connect it to the cellular network.
My eSIM is not activated yet.
I want to activate it, and I want to follow the steps mentioned here.
But the problem is when I open MeinVodafone, I can't find Meine SIM-Karte.
There is only a Home Internet section there, nothing more.
