Dear Vodafone Team,
i left Germany for good in the end of September 2021. Before i left, i send cancellation with Abmeldungbestätigung from Bürgeramt, hoping that i would be granted a special termination. This week i received confirmation that there is no special rights in my case and based on the contract, my contract will end in February 2022.
Since i am about to close my german bank account, can i pay the monthly payments until Feb 2022 in advance?

Hi @awul,
I'm not sure at the moment. But it should be possible to top-up a credit on your contract to settle your invoices.
Maybe another user or a moderator knows more about it. 🙂

Hi awul,
when you use a mobile contract, there is no special cancellation right if you move abroad, that's correct. Of course, you can transfer an amount of your choice to your customer account. The credit will be set on the upcoming bills.
Just use our bank account for mobile:
Vodafone GmbH
Deutsche Bank AG Düsseldorf
IBAN: DE68 3007 0010 0250 8000 00
Use your mobile- or customer number as reference, so the amount can be assigned to the correct customer account. You can see the remaining credit on your bills.
