Only EDGE, no 4G in Berlin

Hello

I have an iPhone 11 and I live in Berlin (10249) and most of the time I do not have 4G, only Edge. Whatsapp does not even work. Sometimes when this happens, I put flight mode on and then off and it gets 4G for a couple of minutes but then changes to edge again. 

This has been happening for a month... I paid a 4g connectivity for nothing and I live in a big city, not in the middle of the countryside. Why does this happen?

I have the same problem with my iPhone 11 Pro in Berlin and Callya. I am on iOS 15. I even changed my SIM to a new one. Did you find a solution yet?

the last test showed nothing here, so no error in the network.

In which address do you have restrictions and what do they look like?
