Hi, I'm trying to get my bills for whole 2021, but in MyVodafone page there are no bills shown(I guess it's because when the contract got terminated my phoe was switched to prepaid).
I tried to contact by phone to hotline - no one answered, tried to use email contact form, but it's seems like it's broken, I'm constantly getting 500 error trying to load the email contact page.
Is there any way I can get those bills? It says I should be able to get any bills from last 24 months.
Can those emails be sent to my email? it's the same for forum and in my account.

Hello mityaika07,
once your contract has ended, you will no longer have access to My Vodafone. That is correct.
