Hi,

 

Vodafone offers very poor service when Mobile porting phone numbers from previous providers.

The Vodafone shop does not respond. There is no English-speaking Vodafone customer service.

 

This is about porting the phone number * from my previous provider Lebara to Vodafone.

According to Vodafone status  Your cancellation or waiver is missing. Do you have a prepaid contract with your current provider?
