Final date of my contract is too late. I moved abroad.

I was asked to use this forum to communicate in English. I requested the cancellation of my contract about 4 months ago (Jan 2nd) because I was planning to leave the country by Apr 30th. The cancellation was processed but the end date of the contract is 30 of July. I'm not in Germany anymore, the device was returned but I keep receiving the charges for services I'm not receiving. Can the contract be ended immediately? I gave the notice period according to the contract (3 months). I don't understand why the end day is July 30th.

Very simple explaination:

The 3 months period begins the eariest with the date of your move - no matter how much before your move you notify Vodafone. This is in accordance with the telecommunications act and has been ruled out in that way by two different courts already.
