Extra charges on monthly payment

Hi,
I noticed that Vodafone isn't taking the correct amount in my monthly payment.
January: € 32,16 ;
February: € 38,99 ;

I've been informed that the price of my monthly payment would be below € 29,99 in this new contract.

Hey @Pelegrin,

sounds like you have changed the tariff.

Maybe the new tariff was signed in your current tariff period so that you where charged proportional costs of both tariffs in the bill.
