hallo,
i tried to register my mobile account with meinvodafone, but was locked out. for some reason, my customer password is not working when i type it in. i have confirmed the password over the phone but i do not know why it does not work in the app. any help would be appreciated. danke schoen!

so, this is about using the app MeinVodafone on your cellphone, right?
Did you try logging in on a Wifi connection?
Please try register using the mobile network connection, instead.
This way, your number will be verified automatically in the app.

i have another question for you. i've canceled my contract online, and it is set to terminate 2020 FEB. I would like to use call-ya digital (no contract) afterwards. How would I go about doing this without having a lag time without service? What I mean is, after my contract is terminated, is there a way for me to use the call ya right away with the same phone number?
