Where can I find my customer number

Please can you kindly advise how I find out my customer number and password? I was not given one when i bought a prepaid sim.

For what do you need that?

If you want to register the card on the Vodafone website, it should be enough to use your telephone number and the 8 digit long PUK code that you also got with the card.
