Willkommen in der Vodafone Community
I am moving to new location starting monday but cannot raise a Umzugservice request as it is not taking my new address. I get the error that the address is not unique and prompts me to correct by suggesting. When I choose one of the suggested option, then it straight away takes me to address changed! page and I cannot move further to complete the request.
i'm not sure if I can help if the system doesn't recognize the address.
Let's see: Send me your name, the current address, the customer number and your date of birth. Of course I need the new address. Please send me both addresses completely. After that you have to sign up again here in the thread.
