I am customer of vodafone Kabel connection and you have charged me worngly for the package (Vodafone Sciherheistpaket) for which I have already told to stop charging me and still i got charged for it. This has been activated without my consent and I would like to end it.

you can cancel the "security package" with a notice period of 4 weeks. You can do this online. You can find the direct link here: LINK
