New Address

Hi,

I would like to  do to things:

- update my new address

- upgrade my current internet

So far I have already filled up the "umzungservice" formular, but my old address is still there.

How can I proceed with this ?

if you have ordered the relocaton of your cable connection. You will receive a confirmation via e-mail.

This will take a few days.

What do you mean by "Your old address is still there"

Hey Jens,

I could reach someone on the phone today, and they have already cancelled the old contract, and made a new one for my new address!
